Terms of Service

These terms explain the Free service, Larevio Plus subscriptions, cancellation, withdrawal, privacy and mandatory consumer rights.
Who this is with
These terms are between you and HDR IT Consulting, trading as Larevio, a Dutch sole proprietorship registered at Jaap ter Haarstraat 25, 1321 LA Almere, Netherlands. KVK: 75608790. VAT: NL002512926B65. Contact: support@larevio.com.
Who can use it
People aged 16 or older may create a Larevio account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to create or use an account, and an adult must approve any paid subscription. Children under 16 may be included as household members managed by a parent or guardian, but they should not create their own accounts.
Your account
You sign in with a supported provider. Keep your login secure and tell support@larevio.com if you believe somebody else has access. You are responsible for information you intentionally add, but nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you.
Use it fairly
Only upload household or family information that you are authorized to use and share. Do not upload malicious files, malware, exploitation material, unlawful content, threats, abuse, or unrelated bulk content; do not probe, disrupt, or try to break into Larevio. Automated safety checks may block content or restrict an account. We may investigate incidents and suspend access where serious or repeated misuse threatens people, data, providers, or the service.
Free and Larevio Plus
The Free service contains the non-AI family tools shown in the app. Larevio Plus unlocks the AI-assisted features offered on the subscription screen. Features may depend on a compatible device, provider account and internet connection. Saved household data is not removed merely because Plus expires.
Price, trial and renewal
Apple or Google shows the exact localized price, billing period, trial eligibility and amount charged after any trial before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial or billing period ends, the subscription renews at the store-displayed monthly or annual price until cancelled.
Manage or cancel renewal
You can manage or stop future renewal through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings linked from Larevio. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and mandatory consumer law.
Withdrawal and immediate access
Where mandatory law gives you a 14-day withdrawal or cooling-off right, you can use the applicable Apple or Google process or contact support@larevio.com. Cancelling future renewal and exercising a statutory withdrawal right are different actions. Immediate access does not remove a mandatory right unless the legally required request, consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
Nederlandse informatie over opzegging en herroeping
Je kunt een toekomstige verlenging stoppen via de abonnementsinstellingen van Apple of Google. Wanneer dwingend recht een bedenktijd of herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen geeft, kun je de toepasselijke winkelprocedure gebruiken of contact opnemen via support@larevio.com. Opzegging van verlenging en wettelijke herroeping zijn verschillende handelingen.

If something goes wrong
AI suggestions can be wrong and must be reviewed before approval. We provide security and compatibility updates as required by law. HDR IT Consulting remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
